Nanometal-Based Magnesium Oxide Nanoparticle with C. vulgaris Algae Biodiesel in Diesel Engine

Many researchers are interested in biofuels because it isenvironmentally friendly and potentially reduce global warming. Incorporating nanoparticles into biodiesel has increased its performance emission characteristics. The current study examines the influence of magnesium oxide nanoadditions on emissions a diesel engine that runs C. vulgaris algae biodiesel. transesterification process produced methyl ester from biodiesel.The morphology nanoadditives was studied using scanning electron microscopy, transmission energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. fuel sample consisted blends with without nanoadditives. properties prepared were found to conform ASTM standards. experimental results determined by running single-cylinder four-stroke at different load conditions. When compared B20, B20 blend containing 100 ppm enhanced brake thermal efficiency while reducing specific consumption, according research. MgO introduced HC, CO, smoke decreased.
